Install it in five steps
- Download the zip with the button above and unzip it. You'll get a folder called
postscript-chrome. Keep it somewhere safe, like your Documents folder: Chrome runs the extension from it. - Open
chrome://extensionsby typing it into Chrome's address bar. - Turn on Developer mode with the switch at the top right.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the
postscript-chromefolder. - Pin it: click the puzzle-piece icon next to the address bar and pin Postscript. Click its icon whenever you want to open Postscript.
Good to know
Your work stays on your computer. Drafts, covers and notes are saved by the extension in your browser, the same way as on the website.

Updating: download the new zip, unzip it into the same postscript-chrome folder (replace the old files), then click the reload arrow on Postscript in chrome://extensions. Using the same folder keeps your drafts.
Why Developer mode? It's how Chrome installs extensions that come from a website rather than the Chrome Web Store. Postscript doesn't ask for any permissions to read your tabs or browsing.
